JB Associates continues a positive, working relationship with New Forest District Council, most recently within the construction of a roadway located in Ringwood.
Following guidelines honouring Section 38 standards, NFDC engaged the team at JB Associates to assist in the construction of a 200m long spine road and associated services. This roadway acts as a precursor for the future development of B1 light industrial units, a project that sits within the council’s Asset Investment Strategy.
JB Associates provided NFDC with technical assistance and supported in facilitating the purchase of land from a local developer. Our duties included undertaking technical reviews of the seller’s proposals, assisting on valuing completed works, supervising the project and acting as Clerk of Works. When completed, our team signed off on the works, ensuring it was delivered to a high standard and specification compliant.
