Alongside Palladian London, TSA and BDM, JB Associates provided mechnical and electrical design for a residential project in Westminster, London. The JBA team were engaged for building design services, from RIBA Stage 3 onwards, in the full refurbishment of two high-end apartments in the city centre. The project included a complete strip out of both sites, with new services installed throughout the residences.
The project value was circa £1.2 million and lasted around 50 weeks. Services provided by JB Associates included:

- Underfloor heating
- Power distribution
- Lighting control
- Security systems and fire alarms
