Almost exactly 6 years to the day that Adam Radburn first started at JBA, he has been promoted to the role of Associate.

As the fourth individual to join JB Associates – when the company first started to evolve and expand in 2014 – Adam has spent the last few years progressing in a Project Manager role, now specialising in the data centre sector and working on projects focused primarily within critical infrastructure environments. Having started in the industry as an apprentice electrician, Adam has worked his way through the industry in many different roles. At JB Associates, Adam has undertaken roles from Project Management, Commissioning/Witnessing Management, Site Measures/Surveys and Pricing Contract Changes. He is currently working closely with a confidential data centre client, providing Programme Management services for sites across Europe, project values ranging from anywhere between £25k to £10 million. Speaking to Adam, he told us he was ‘thrilled to be taking on an Associate role at JB Associates after 6 years of hard work and dedication. I believe I know the company as well as I possibly can and I am excited to begin evolving the business and helping the younger team make their way in the industry’. Ashley Buckland, JB Associates Managing Director, has worked closely with Adam throughout his career and is very supportive of the promotion.
