We have recently welcomed Grant Rayner, Senior Quantity Surveyor, to the JB Associates team. Grant has joined us after extensive experience within the construction industry, internationally as well as within the UK. For over 25 years, he has worked with contractors and consultancies, on commercial, residential and industrial projects, across countries including Russia, Azerbaijan, and Germany. Grant is supporting JB Associates within a number of our current projects. Working alongside Kentex, he is assisting WeWork in the construction of new offices around London; Grant will also be continuing to build our relationship with Ramboll and, as Senior Quantity Surveyor, he is providing support to our current surveyors and project managers within our partnership with CBRE. JB Associates is delighted to have Grant join the team and we are very excited for his future within the company.
