During RIBA stage 4 JB Associates provided technical overview on the contractor’s design submissions for all building services. As works progressed to stage 5, we controlled quality of the installation on site to ensure standards were maintained and compliance achieved. Finally, at completion the commissioning was fully coordinated by ourselves, including satisfactory witnessing and training to the end user.
